This means that in order for our bodies to absorb and use them, they must come into contact with some oils. Finally, it's one reason as to why a bit of fat is good for you!

In the rare circumstance where someone is vitamin K deficient, there is a synthetic version of the vitamin which can be taken as a supplement.
