Like I said before this isn't something that you want to be doing, and not something that you must do to get that stomach fat off fast. If you want to take a more moderate approach to losing the last bit of stubborn fat than I don't blame you because this is going to take some work!
1. Clean up your diet:
Fast Fat Burner
Your diet needs to consist of Protein from: chicken, beef, fish, bison, pork, any type of sea food
Carbohydrates need to come from Vegetables: the green leafy kind
Fat needs to come from: nuts, oils, butters and omega 3 fish oil tablets.
Protein should be your main food source, you should have about 1-1. 5 Grams per pound of body weight. Fat should be in moderation and you should use veggies as your filling foo ( don't over eat on veggies either).
2. Move your body:
You need to get your heart rate up and make it stay up for 30-45 minutes a day preferably on an empty stomach. Yes you want to get up in the morning and do your workout then. This known as working out for fat loss.
Don't over think how you are going to get your heart rate up. You could do this by running, swimming, rowing, biking, skipping.
3. Allow yourself 30 days
Even though we are attacking your weight loss efforts you need to give it a good 30 days to see really good results. Doing this for a week is not going to work!
4. Get on the scale Twice
Get on the scale twice in your 30 day fat loss challenge. Once at the beginning and once at the end. This way you don't eat based on your weight (your weight is just a number and does not mean anything- its true!)
5. Watch your salt intake
By watching your salt intake you make sure that you aren't holding any water that looks like body fat. So read labels and see how much sodium is in things (just do your best)
6. No sugar or sugar alternatives
It's been said that sugar alternatives even though are sugar-free and 0 calories can cause weight gain due to increase in insulin production (not good when we want to get the most amount of body fat off)
7. Just do it!
Like Nike said, you gotta just put your head down for thirty days and grind away. It will all be over soon, and the reward will be amazing. You will have achieved the body that you have always wanted once you have learned how to lose stomach fat fast, and you will have learned if you put these 7 steps to use!
